HOBOKEN — Thomas “Tommy” Elroy Lee, 57 of Hoboken, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Born in Waycross, his parents are George Franklin Lee of Georgia and Laura Idell Blocker Crews of Nahunta. Crews was a heavy equipment operator for Farmers and Builders and a boilermaker by trade. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren at a fishing hole. Survivors include his four children, Trinity Lee (Macy Prescott) of Brunswick, Leanna Lee of Hoboken, Christopher Hickman (Ashley) of Waynesville, and Joseph Hickman (Jami) of Brunswick; 10 grandchildren, Trinity Lee, Kason Lee, Khloe Lee, Jordan Lee, Alayha Lee, Tristan Lee, Nick Lee, Ava Lee, Kinley Hickman and Katherine Hickman; his mother and stepfather, Laura and Mark Crews of Nahunta; his father, George Lee of Georgia; his brother, Billy Wikoff (Dana) of Atlanta; his sister, Delree Dubose of Waycross; the mothers of his children, Melissa Smith of Brunswick and Valerie Lovell of Hoboken; two uncles, R.T. Lee of Waycross and Glynn Lee of Hoboken; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family asked that you follow the rules for social distancing. Also, if anyone who does not feel comfortable with attending the services, the family understands and asks you to be in prayer for our loved ones. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Friday, October 2, 2020, starting at 10 a.m. at Rob Lewis Cemetery. A graveside service will be held Friday morning, October 2, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Rob Lewis Cemetery with Rev. Hilton Morgan and Bro. David Herrin officiating. Pallbearers will be Trinity Lee, Joseph Hickman, Jake Trull, Christopher Hickman, Heath Lee, and Justin Bennett. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
