WAYNESVILLE – Randall Lynn Glover, 56 of Waynesville, passed away Wednesday morning, September 9, 2020, at his daughter’s residence after an extended illness. Born in Tampa, Fla., Glover’s parents are Quinon Glover and the late Edna Wright Glover. He is also preceded in death by his grandson, James Bryden Glover; a brother, Junior Glover; and a sister, Patricia Glover. Glover was a concrete contractor and loved spending time with his family, especially his kids and grandkids. He enjoyed fishing and loved to watch Georgia Bulldogs football, “GO DAWGS.” Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, James and Brittany Glover of Waynesville; five daughters and sons-in-law, Shelly and Paul Taylor of Hortense, Jessica Glover of Waynesville, Sonya and John Kelly of Waynesville, Jennifer and John Noe of Brunswick, and Cecilia and Devin Dykes of Hortense; 17 grandchildren; father, Quinon Glover of Seffner, Fla.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Timmy and Donna Glover of Waynesville, and Ronnie and Kim Glover of Lakeland Fla.; a sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and Doug Emerine of Dover, Fla.; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. A graveside service was held Friday morning, September 11, 2020, at Atkinson Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Trey Keene officiating. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of South Georgia. Arrangements were with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
