MANOR — Kimberly Hope Smithie Lee, 51 of Manor, died Monday, May 4, 2020, at Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park, Florida after an extended illness. She was born in Homerville to the late Charlie J o h n Smithie, Sr., and Norma Jean Petty Smithie. Mrs. Lee had made Manor her home for her entire life. Growing up, she attended Victory United Methodist Church in Manor. Mrs. Lee enjoyed getting out of the house whenever she was able and was always most happy when she was able to do for others. Along with her parents, Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her brother, Charlie John Smithie, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Caroline Robinson of Blackshear, five grandchildren, Kassen Robinson, Karlena Lee, Kwan Robinson, Kayden Lee, Kyra Robinson; her former husband and caregiver, William Lee of Waycross; her step-mother, Mary Ann Smithie of Nahunta; her sister, Rebecca Edwards of Nahunta; and numerous other relatives.
